How do I move air units from one airport to another.
I conquered a computer country and want to move my air units to that country's offensive air base..

Short answer:
You airlift them.
There is an airlift link next to each unit on the "show air wings" page.
You'll need Military Transport Airplanes to set up Air Transport Units to conduct the airlift. Having more will move it faster.
I'm sure you can figure the rest out.
