Professional Armies

Hello. It's been a while since I've had a country in this game. Can somebody tell me about the Professional Army feature? I get the general idea of it, but specifically, I would like to know:
1. How to obtain professional soldiers and officers.
&
2. If I could build a corporation that trains professional officers or soldiers.

1. You can either buy them with gold coins through direct trading OR set your education priorities to produce more MLM (Medium Level Managers).
Army soldiers (officers/soldiers) comes from MLM and Low Level Workers.

The change from LLW and MLM into officers/soldiers is done automatically when you buy military weapons.

Note: LLW and MLM will be taken from your corporations (aka, corp hiring will decrease) to keep your army active. To prevent this you must have large amount of MLM unemployed in order to not affect the corp hiring.

Just to clarify, MLM amd LLW dont actually make professional soldiers. They are bought on direct trade.
