1) When changing how a country should be judged (war or peace) - my game level dropped. Changing back it didn't automatically change my game level. Will it, in time? Or will I have to reach a new game level?

2) Does choosing how a country should be judged affect whether or not it can declare war, whether on a computer controlled or player controlled country?

3) Does the Defensive Index only count active weaponry? And is it affected by quality upgrades?

Many thanks - some of the keyword searches led to hundreds of possible topics.

Xyooj, build up as much as you can, and sell off your account. Might be enough to get you to premium.
