Relocating Corporations

Was able to relocate a corporation into a "slave" country under my Empire's control. Not able to relocate a corporation at the same time to a country under the rule of another president.

Any advice?

How new is the enterprise?

I know there is a period of time (idk like how long it is) where you can only build in your own countries and computer controlled countries... presumably this includes relocations as well. So... maybe just wait?

Nod. Just wondering why it let's me into countries under the control of my president. Seems like that's a big advantage over an Enterprise player who is playing without a President.
