Bankruptcy Level and Cash Transfers

Anyone know what the correct bankruptcy level is for Enterprises? I'm already over the threshold listed in doc's.

And does anyone know if there is a hard floor for when a corporation receives an automatic cash transfer? Working hard to try and keep corps above that, but with almost 1.5 trillion in cash transfers the last couple days, seems to be an Augean task.

No idea, I avoid loans like the plague... even though the interest rate is like 1/8 what it used to be when I started.

If I had to guess, I'd say it's at most 20B before the auto-transfer.
