How do we contact a gm?

i dropped from level 2 to 1 and don't know what i did to make it drop, i just bought premium and signed up today and was level 1, anyways what's their email? cause when i click contact us in game it says email client not found or something

When you no longer meet the requirements for game level 2, you drop to game level 1.

Game Levels are not permanent.

you can check the index page and see exactly what is needed for the next level.
The page shows the averages for the index values for the countries in the empire, needed for the next level.

there is also a game level document, showing all the requirements.

If you think that something is vrong (make sure you are looking at averages), mail the gamemaster.
