Sorry for all the questions. Still learning.
The population transfer limit of 400k. Is that the limit between 2 countries, or the total limit of all transfers Empire wide?

Hmm, that's worker exchanges, which is different than population transfer.
I think that's between two countries, but not sure, I don't generally use worker exchanges. |

Many thanks. Not big enough yet to use the transfer population feature yet, but getting close. Been using the 20% float to increase population in needed sectors of population, and for overall growth. If it's been two countries only, I should be able to triple my growth rate. |
