Shortages

I always have a couple shortages for my country even though I have surplus cash and 2 trillion in reserve is this because of shortages in the world market or my order startegys are bad my population gets high salarys so could It be possible they buy to much and the government cant keep up with orders

I'm seeing a bit of this myself recently. It must be down to the market. Now I havent tried upping the requested quality but I reckon thats worth a try as 120 just doesnt seem to get made. Dunno, but my suggestion which I have done is alter the trade page so I have a low flag of 5 months or so and order 10 months. Initially I saw quite a large increase in Govt. products bought from everything catching up to 5 months worth, but once you're there you have a longer time of grace to get the order filled. There is a 1GC booster available if you do run into your spending limit, but I havent yet.
