Cantract is sell the product or buy raw material for the company to use to produce?
When the company that is own my the country have contract with their own country what tat mean?

I think what you are saying is about your own corp is contracting all or some of its production to your own country. So the country buys the stuff from your corp and pays the cash like anyone else would. Can be good to keep stocks of stuff in your own country.

Will i be still earning money?Will the population of my country pay for them?

The country pays for them out of its cash reserve. If its a product the population uses, then yes the population will buy them from the govt. The country would order them off the world market or common market (if you use one) anyway.

Your corps should be making quite a high quality though where as your population doesnt need so high so they will be overpaying but the corp is selling, its all swings and roundabouts there, depends on how you want to be. For stuff that the population doesnt use the only good time to contract to your country is when there is no demand for the product so the corp cant sell and the price is very low. Then you have a stock of high quality your country bought for cheap to sell at a later date when the price goes right up. And additionally you are keeping a cash flow in your corp, quite important for its survival.

Yes your population will buy whatever there is in the country. To a small extent, higher quality stuff they use improves the welfare, but its a small amount so dont go too mad. What ever the country pays the pop will pay back. I've never tried high Q for all my stuff, but it may be worth a try, I cant see it would hurt as the pop pays for it back anyway, dunno.

You can set the contracts to any amount you want and as long as the corp makes that much it will trade it (if your country or buyer has the money.
