my country has money but it can never keep up with my populations demand for supplys so I always have a few shortages how do I fix this

would increasing quality of supplys help they are currently at 120

Solution: change the settings on the Trade > order qualities page to an order at low water mark of say 3 months or more. Initially this will cost a bit as the country builds up stock, but once at that level it will drop back and you shouldn't run out of much again.
