Not making profit with my CEO

My enterprise does not make profit for a long time. What do I wrong?
I got the follow settings:
Salaries: 301
Trade Buy 93 (+7) Sell 200(-10)
Quality 175
Full upgraded everything.

It helps to locate corps in low tax countries that have a welfare index of at least 100, preferably 120+. Another strategy is to study profitable corps of other CEOs, and copy their settings.

To research industries, you can look in the "purchase a state or private corporation" and "buy shares" menus.

If you do that research, you will see that some industries are usually poor for CEOs. Fully upgraded corps that can't be made profitable are not worth keeping.

Dont sell so high. sell best price or slightly lower.

Reduce Salaries to 200 or even lower.
