How do I recover the economy of a conquered country!?! (FB)

I have invaded defeated and occupied the country to my northeast and now it is apart of my empire. But after destroying most of the factories during the takeover i had to start the economy from scratch. I tried to build up corporations again through the 1 trillion cash that was left in the country, but now it is completely exhausted and the state is in debt. I need to know how to reduce the amount spent on the "materials purchased" by the government, the main reason why all money made out of profits (and there is profit) is wasted and i have to spend money on these materials. The country is known as The Occupied State of Sayoran on Fearless Blue , the client state of the Republic of Jerantain. If help could be afforded i would really appreciate it.

Probably the most important thing to do initially is get loads of construction in, and you will need a lot. Be sure to check ALL the settings in the country so it buys at 120Q, the corps sell and buy at reasonable quality (up to what you want) and the worst of it is, if you become negative in some material the country will place immediate orders. This will severely hurt your pocket. Maybe try selling some stuff from your main country to the slave to make sure you dont go negative stock.

Taking out some loans by request, rather than waiting for automatic, may be an idea if you have to, but I wouldn't let it get too high.

The largest problem seems to be health in the new country. I'd suggest shifting educational priorities heavily towards health so you can tons of war hospitals quickly. I even run barely any regular hospitals intially. Also keep in mind that that process can take awhile so boosting education might also be good.

Rebuilding the DDR after the wall came down almost cracked the back of the economy of west Germany.

As far as I can see, you really need to have the extra money in the piggy bank in your empire BEFORE you invade so you can transfer enough for the rebuilding.

I don't know if it's the same with all wars against C3, but the war level 1 C3 I took over had 1T and I have had to transfer another T1 to get things up and running without a big deficit.
