How can I set a range as opposed to a specific value for order qualities? |

But I got a tip for my 2nd country saying it would be better if I set the quality of orders to something between 120-140. I am bit confused now. If I specify 140 for example is that the minimum or maximum quality requested? |

It's saying that it's better to specify a single value in that range than outside that range.
If you specify 140, it will result in a quality of 140 +/- like 5 points.
I specify 120 personally. |
