Setting up an enterprize

hello everybody, i am new to sim country and have been following all the directions in the documentation, but nowhere do i see the actual proceedure for starting an enterpize. I have tried to do this by trial and error but with no luck. Could anyone who has set up an enterprize in another country please help.

From the main portal page:

My countries > add new > add a new enterprise.

Be aware, this new enterprise will cost you 30GC a real month to maintain.
