Public Corporations keep returning to state

I have now for the third time did public offering on some of my corporations and later come back to find out that the turned back in to state. Shares vanish from market ect. when i just seen them. I am a free user... if that makes a diffrence. I have pics as proof

its because noone bought your shares...ask a CEO to buy a couple shares as soon as you IPO so it doesnt revert back to a state corp
