Offensive Cost

Just recently started noticing that my offensive cost have been exploding out of control. And I dont understand why.

I dont buy new offensive weapons.

I understand that I pay for maintaining weapons I already have. But the offensive cost are not parallel to the defense cost.

I dont have automatic systems on.

Does anyone have an answer as to why this is happening?

The cost of the ammo you use is increasing?

You are paying higher govt salaries than before?

You have them active rather than deactivated.
