I recently read somewhere that you could transfer weapons or military units(Not sure which) between conquered countries,please tell me how.

Open country you want to transfer from

Open "My Empire" tab.

Open "Transfer Goods" tab. You will figure out the rest.

That is correct but it isn't working right now. I saw another post where the GM said he was aware of the problem but it would not be fixed until tomorrow.
