Mobile units

So let me get this straight. If a mobile unit is nearby, such as a mobile air unit, whether it's a helicoptor/interceptor wing that is within range of one of my attack units. Will they assist my attack unit outside of my own country if it's attacked?

The first step. tomorrow, will allow a mobile LAND unit to support you wherever it is.
