I really do feel like a noob....everything has changed!
My latest discovery is that my education index in my C3 slave is 100.40 and im finding that i have a massive shortage of LLWs.
The optimum education index (if i remember correctly) was aprox 150 when i used to play. This used to get you enough workers in each profession to build at a steady rate. So, has this changed too?

Not really Stuart. Raise that index, it probably has a greater effect on welfare now which should help your pop growth, inc LLW. You are upgrading corps right?
I can swap you lots of LLW if you need, proposal to 'Why do it'. |

Cheers cockney but im going to try and sort it out from within my country...its a challenge and will work towards my goal of eventually making my empire 100 percent self sufficient!
