Question #2: How may I increase/ improve my indexes?

Question #3: How do I create a navy, I made a Fleet Command, but it appeared on land (WTF?), and if an option, how do I delete a Fleet Command?

1: make more $$ ( Crops are your way of making money. Both CEO and state corps. )
2: what index? thur are many.

5: you can do a pop-swap. basicly you hand over one kind of workers for another. eith between your countries are with some one elses.
6: as a free player, nothing to worries about.
7: transfer all your $$ from your slave to your main, do a pop-swap if need by then get rid of your slave. it will suck your $$ for a while. once your main is built up, then get a slave if need be.
Also, raid, raid ! RAID ! It is the faster, better, way to make $$ ( $1T,$2T,$3T each war lvl = 1T you get from raiding a c3. )
Don't use your GC's unless its for to buy population.
