Migration Index

Can someone tell me exactly what indexes will trigger flows of immigrants into my country so I build my population up quicker? thanks

Yeah thanks but how high does it need to be for me to get any? and what migration index number will it have to be at for me to get the flows of immigrants per month that I so much need?

I have a 62 n I get 522 immigrated.

Ah ok then, thanks for the answer Gil, i'm currently increasing my welfare levels for my main as I speak but what's your population at? as mine is only at about 18M as i'm thinking it might be faster for less populated countries.

50mil currently Welfare is at 125

I'll have to wait and see and does the immigration rate slow down when you reach a certain pop limit?

Also what if the average salary levels in my country is at it's 9999.9 maximum? will I bringing in tens of thousands of immigrants as long as i've got loads of jobs for them?

The more jobs you need, I would assume more would immigrate over.

I suppose the only way to do that is by having a load of unfilled corporations, but i'm just wondering if maximising my salary levels will also do it as well?

Just for general consumption, my immigration at index 59 is a whopping 16 people added to my almost 30 million pop and depressing 117 welfare...If I recall correctly, and I do believe I am in this case, I asked about this on chat one day and the answer was along the lines of 'haha, people? from immigration? bwa ha ha'...I wouldn't hold your breath for immigration to add any meaningful amount of population at ANY rating.
