Automatic Cash Transfers?

I just discovered, that one of my High Tech Services corps., has payed 5,000.00M SC$ to something I dont know what is? I can see in the section "Cash Flow Data", that there has been an Automatic Cash Transfer of 5,000.00M SC$, but what is it?

Automatic transfers occur when your corporations have too much or too little cash. In your case, the corporation had too much cash and 5B SC was transferred to you.
