Hi everyone,

I have a little question about the maximum number of housewives that can return to the labour market.

The game says "Max number of returning house wives is 40% of workers in CEO Controlled Corporations," which is a number 871,269 of housewives in my case, as I have 2,178,172 people working in private companies.

The number of housewives that has already returned to the labour market is 689,382. However, this number is hardly increasing since last week, even after having increased the number of Back to Work Schools.

My question is if there is any other limit to the maximum number of housewives that could return to the labour market, next to the already mentioned 40% rule.

You can only return half your total number of housewives.

Example country:

Number of Employees in CEO Controlled Corporations 7,133,781
Max number of Housewives that can return 2,853,512
Number of Housewives that returned to Labor Market 1,018,494
Number of Housewives 2,038,653


I am currently hitting the cap of half the "number of housewives" number every so often until my one back to school goes to work again as my population increases.

and what does the max number of housewives that can return even mean? the max amount that can return in a month? a year? do the housewives that have returned have to die to make them not count in the amount that has already returned figure?.... and why is it 40% and not a number that makes sense like 50%
