War Level 3 and secured mode

If I raid another non-president nation, I will be put into War Level 3.

Will I still be able to be in secured mode if I enter war level 3?

At what point are you no longer able to be secured?

Also, is there a game level that disqualifies you from secured mode?

secured mode and war level 3 are different features...... secured mode is an option for only the leader country which prevents it from attacking and being attacked.... the idea is the leader country will be the economic engine for several war slaves not in protection...... war levels are a feature attached to the C3 war game..... the more C3s you defet the higher it goes..... the first one you take bumps u up to WL 1 and then the next 3 or so bump you up to WL2 and then about 5 bump you up to WL3 each time the C3 is harder to defeat but gives you more rewards through more cash..... once you get to WL3 you can decide wheather to move up the WL or stay...... it also just happens to be a requirement that in order to Pvp war you must be WL 3 or higher and you may only war within 3 WL of your own war level..... how it is now is there are very few empires that are actually WL 3 and like 90% of everyone is below WL3 or is in secured..... the war levels were intro

War Level 3 will initiate as soon as I get my bomber wings set up.

But, I'll also stay in secured mode to power my slaves, who I will fight with other slaves.
