Prevent corps from being auto closed?

I stretched my worker capacity thin and due to losses and a lack of workers one of my corps auto closed but I wanted it to stay open because it would get more workers as my population increased.

How can I prevent auto closing of corps? Is there a setting or something I can change?

Is this what happened to me? I am quite new maybe i missed how this can happen where can i look or change it... Newbie explanation please

I try to have state corporations with 100% production and hiring. It was good for my country.

There is no setting to prevent this. But you can increase the hiring percentage for corporations.

1st. Go to the desired corporation's page.
2nd. Click "change hiring and production levels"
3rd. Enter your desired percentage for hiring (above 100% in your case)

This should help keep a few of your desired corporations open. You should always have a adequate pool of workers for your corporations. If you have Gold Coins you can purchase (bid on) population.

If i understand this correctly then you can't have your corporation's on full automation, is that correct?

If I go to hiring/production and attempt to put in greater than 100%, I get a message telling me that I must enter 100 or less.
