How many universities?

How many universities can I build? My index is now above 300, and I still increase the numbers. Is there a limit?

Have an index of 150

What about an index of 400 ??

I mean, does it matter or is there a limit of how high my index can come?

Index of 400 does nothing, benefits max at 150

There is no wild parties in universities with only 2-3 students

You never saw my roommates, I guess...
I keep my ed. index at just over 200. universities at 206 or so. Seems to have worked well for quite a while, so I expect an update soon, to derail this happy state of affairs. Higher ed. indexes increase country welfare, but above 200 the gains aren't worth the extra expense.
