Military unit creation

How do I go about utilizing my Land-based cruise missile batteries and missiles? I have the weapons and ammunition in stock, but can't figure out how to create units that utilize them.

Along the same line, is there a totally blank garrison blueprint that I can stock with the combination of weapons I want?

You don't create units with lbcms, you have to select a target, scroll down the available weapons page, and then you can use your land based arms.

For garrisons you can do what your asking by either modifying an existing garrison blueprint or by creating a new one entirely. Just go to military units>garrisons and then the rest should be fairly simple.

Thanks for the help, Musty. I was going nuts trying to find a unit to fit the lbcm into. ;-)

As for the garrisons, I've thought about a number of different combinations, but it seems simpler to to just flood the landscape with just a couple of different garrisons.
