How do I keep the program from closing a corporation?

Afawk the program should only close corps if they are too deep in debt or if the automation closes them for having big shortages of workers.

The newspaper of the country has a message about a corporation closing, and it gives the reason.

Try to make corporations profitable by increasing their production, (set to 100%), hiring at 100%, and try to increase the welfare index. It will increase the production level of the corporations.

Corporations that are profitable, or at least have a good level of cash and no debt, never close.

Well, when a corp is closed, do I get the assets and cash remaining back to the country or do they get lost?
