Auto cash transfer

So. I like to keep me corps cash at $30B.
Every few months I come in and raise / lower cash levels back to $30B

Today I noticed they was at $50B.
So I lowerd back to $30B. Game month went by and they are raised back up to $50B.

I do not like this. And would like it to stop... >.<

The new rule is: "if the cash goes under 30B, the country transfers 25B." (That also applies to CEOs.) The suits want more cash in the corps to increase the solvency of corps.

When you set the cash to 30B, it quickly drops because your corps are paying for supplies and upgrades. Then the automatic cash transfer of 25B raises the cash to just over 50B. That is why it may seem as if your corps now keep at least 50B. But the minimum cash is now 30B.
