Is there any way for me to send in game money to other players? I've tried the direct trading thing but that only lets me send money to countries I own. |

No, cam666, its not possible. I guess is to prevent frauds.
Some weeks ago, one player ask me for relief resources, when I want to send them, I noticed that his country not have a quake; And guess what? The idiot ask me for cash from my country. 
For that kind of liars, I think you cant send or receive game money from other players.
