0 Profit transfer from state corporations though all are making money and the percentage set is 75%...

For profit transfer, the automation seems to calculate profit as an average over a number of months. That accounting is unseen, and could involve voodoo math. Then before transferring profits, the automation expects the corp to keep a minimum of 50b in cash.

I've wondered if the payment is quarterly, annual, or what. Since there is a lack of transparency, we don't have adequate information. Profit transfer is shady. Sometimes it acts like a deadbeat who tells you that the check is in the mail.
