The health index does not have a direct impact on birth rates. It does lower the death rates though. This does increase population growth. |

Does housewives influence birth rate then?
so instead of back to work schools, just leave house wives to stay at home and increase country birthrate? |

No. A higher Healthcare index reduces deaths, but does not effect births.
No. Housewives have no effect on birth rates in Simcountry.
Other than going premium, there is basically nothing a player can do to change a nation's birth rate. Only death rates, through the healthcare index, are under player control. If you are already a Premium subscriber and you want to increase your population, you can use Gold Coins to purchase additional population.

We have promised to introduce "Population boosting" features.
these were discussed here and we intend to do so.
the feature will boost the population in some countries based on several parameters but we also plan some variations in population size depending on a set of country parameters adding more variations to how countries develop. |
