I really cant remember how to fix these things and im not very active but can someone look at Etruria on LU and advise me on how to fix my economy that isnt growing please???
Looks like you have some serious hiring issues. You might want to take a look at the individual corps that aren't doing well and close some of them. You also might want to consider raising the minimum months of supplies for those corps that are low. Without enough supplies, they won't keep hiring at 100%.
Just some observations and it is just my 2 cents worth.
Get full employment in your corps. Close unprofitable corps. Increase employment to 94-95%+. Raise purchased supplies to corps to quality 210. Raise taxes to 30%. Reduce trans index to 130.
