Score Penalty Help

Hi all.

I am just curious about the score penalty and how long it lasts for.
My country Tarqevi has a score penalty of -2415.00 points, yet the last award' i accepted was back in November, 45 Gold coins for my enterprise 'The Bradnel Corp'. (I am on WG)

I have recently moved to Level 9 however that was done accidentally after purchasing a country off Aries so i was NOT awarded anything for moving up a level however my score seems to have been penalised maybe?

Can someone help me out with this just so i have a better understanding for the future.

Score penalty decreases 5 points per RL day. It increases by 1500 points when you win a first-place GC award, 500 when you accept a second-tier award, and 300 when you accept a third-tier award.

Did you win a first-place enterprise award or something?
