Hello secuirty council id like to ask for 2 trillion in aid i need it as my theres a defence spending pike in the spending ofmy defence i cannot say how much for the securuity of my country and in return for 2 trillion i will help countrys whenever needed

how can you help a county getting 2 trillon you begged for?

either have to cut the costs or just go with it figure out how you will manage.
