I kept receiving this type of message(below) on and off, and I am very sure my country is always +cash and + profit.
Country is Lenor Ash and have been around for quite sometime.

Do anybody have an answer or is it a bug, GM??

I have posted on this before. That mechanic has a far too sensitive trigger somewhere. Also, check your corp selling/buying strats and supply quality. It is likely they have been changed with that message.

Yes, this was discussed about before, I used to receive this on and off for years. Actually I am not really bothered as there isn`t any difference to the country. The cash still raises bit by bit and the profit/losses remains around that figure as posted, quite constant. Never before
did I had any losses.

Below were some data of my state corp, they are all positive cash and zero debt as well.

Just out of curiosity, I wondered the criteria that triggered the message had nothing to do with debt and losses. It might be something else, only GM and the engineer can find out.

Also received this type of message, strange.

Severe Shortage

The country has sever shortages of all kinds of materials. Such shortages cause many people to leave the country.
Move money into the country or take loans and let the country place orders to resolve the shortages.

If for any reason you manually spend your whole spending space for that month your country can not buy the automatic orders it sets up for materials. That, or your country is actually suffering a shortage. Check your products in stock. It's most likely you spending your entire spending space manually. Like buying 616B( or whatever your cap is )worth of ammo upgrades for example.

Yeah, when I buy ammo upgrades, I always buy 1 million units less than my spending limit would otherwise allow for this reason. Good call.

Yes, I think Zen is right. I always manually buy and sell materials for profit.

The criteria triggering the message is just too sensitive. There isn`t really any real shortages at all, not in stock debt or losses. Real shortages will appear in the newspaper.
