How to close fortifications?

How to close defensive fortifications? Thanks in advance for your guide.

Top Menue -> Army -> Defensive Forces -> Destroy Weapons

I've tried both ways but still do not close.

The same happened with me. I tried to close fortifications following the instructions and I cant do it. Maybe someone can explain to Koranisreal and me another ways to close those forts.

Borqueen had it right. I can only guess you are lost when you look because you are using the wrong term. You don't close fortifications at all. You DESTROY them. After you follow the links queen described, look for the item "Defense Fortifications" and DESTROY them.
