Hello,

Is there a way when I capture a C3 nation and transfer out the population to transfer out only those under the age of 30? I have experienced a negative population growth of 40K a month as a result of transferring millions of people out of C3 countries into my own nations. Is this just an ill side affect of slave population transferring? I try and keep a health index of 130 in my nations so it cant be caused by a poor health system. Any input on this would be helpful!

How much Roving Eye would it cost for you to assassinate the grim reaper who keeps stealing the lives of my populous?

You should follow my guide I set up a while back, it fixes age problems. Having a high health index only increases the age of the population and in the long run is only going to cost more money and create more problems in your country. One thing I have noticed is that if you transfer people via My Empire > Transfer People your average age goes down. I've been bringing in population from my population slaves( countries with 20 million population that have no other purpose then transferring population )by having those slaves each take out 400k population from a slave I recently took over and then sending that 400k population into a country that I'm trying to increase the population with. This also is very good compared to transferring workers directly as it more or less matches my average age and doesn't add to it. In fact it seems to decrease average age as I've seen on all of my graphs of countries that are gaining vast amounts of population in short time periods.

So in short to answer the question I believe no, there is not way to transfer only population under 30 in recently captured c3s. However if you use a population slave to be the middle man and transfer them without directly transferring workers it can solve your age problem and population decline. 130 index is probably too high, when you keep losing population it's best to lower health under 100 or 120 and transfer in population. This will lower the age of your population until it's at an acceptable number to bring health up and increase population naturally. I hope this helps.
