Country Population sudden decrease

Hey i've gotten an problem.

My country population used to have 30 - 35m total and slowly increasing.
but then later on i found out it had decreased about 100-200k monthly or something when i came back. now i am sitting at 25m (27.8m after population boost with GC) but still it doesn't affect the trend. it still decreases.

So are there anyway i could make it to stabilize it or make it increase which it used to or should i just leave it?

Do you have a Premium Account or a Free Account?
If you are using a free account, then the new Population cap is 20million people. If you're a Premium subscriber, your population can grow far higher. You can either subscribe, or adjust your nation to having 20M total Population.
