I have been playing for 1 month now on WG. I have a country and an enterprise. I have only been building enterprise corporations in C3's or my own country. all the C3's have the people and the production plants available. I assumed that it took 1-3 months to build and only 1 at a time, but then I found this:

59. Moving a corporation into a C3 country [ top ]
Moving corporations into C3 countries or building in such countries is immediate. There is no waiting period and no need for permission.

If this was immediate I should be able to build all the corporations at once as long as I have the cash. right?
can someone explain this?
