Some of my corporations are frequently suffering shortages which I presume affects their output, how do I improve their supply situation.

Also is there any products which don't require lots of high tech engineers (can never get enough of them) and supplies?

Set your watermarks relatively high and purchase quantity high too so you buy in bulk and can wait for supplies. I use 9 months as watermark and 24 month purchase quantity.

HTEs can be transferred from conquered countries. Use Aries War guide (Air War) to make quick use of the time and resources

On the all corps supplies page you can set the low water mark for ordering. I have occasional shortages using 10 months, but I contract a portion of my supplies.

Mining, food and agriculture use less HTE's than Hi Tec companies but the higher salaried employees are better for your country.

If you post your world and country name someone can help you out more.

State of Person on White Giant if anyone has any specific suggestions but I will increase the watermark and quantity. On the HTE I will probably just wait, the numbers I am getting rise slowly.

Your country looks good. I have a few suggestions for you.
When the beginners income booster stops you are going to be losing money.

You don't need to be buying more schools and roads right now. Go to the automation page and uncheck Education and Transportation. As your population grows those indices will fall. Let them drop to about 140 and then start building again.

You can then lower teachers ed priority and raise the HT's. The higher levels of professionals need a higher priority. Readjust the priorities in a day or two so that you avoid a shortage of HTS or HTX.

While on the automation page you may want to uncheck auto build corps and move workers. The game picks corps by shortages not profit.

The automation you mentioned were already turned off by me. Your going to be right about beginners income so I will cut back on the construction of education and transport. I have the priorities up on HTE for a while and am finally getting the numbers I need to make my corporations work. I increased watermark and quantity orders and I think that helped.
