person67grepolis,

Either you have your Corporations set to "automatic" hiring. In which case they will reduce hiring if they have any unsold products.

Or you have a shortage of a particular type of workers. If even one type of employee type is in short supply, Hiring cannot reach 100%. Depending on which type of shortage you have. This is can be caused by either...

1). Your education index is to low.

2). Your education prioritises don't match your needs.

3). You have built more corporations than you have the workers to fully staff.

A more accurate answer could be provided, if you post the name of your country, and the world where it is based.

it's an enterprise not a country sorry if I didn't make that clear. Personinc on white giant is the enterprise.

Some of your corps are in C3's, you can move them to another country at no cost or raise the salary and wait.
My suggestion to you would be to look at the country pages before you build your corps.

Yeah thing makes you wait 30 game months before you can move them which is a pain but I will just move them eventually. Tried playing around with salaries, no help.

You can also increase salaries in your corporations in these countries and workers will move from other corporations into yours to earn more.

Try increasing by 20% or so and see what happens.
if not enough, add more.

You pay a bit more but at the end you will always have the workers you need.

100% production is profitable.

I did try moving up salaries a bit and I got nothing. I will just wait until I can move the corporations to somewhere with much more surplus labour.

Just keep in mind that a lot of ceo’s have 350+ salaries and still earn a lot of money.

I forgot about not being able to move new corps.
One of the countries where you have a corp was recently reset. That messes up the hiring for a day or two. A salary around 320-330 should attract workers. Salaries increase 5% a month, hiring will increase 15% so it will take a few months.

Yeah I realised my salaries were way to low so I am raising them a lot. Even in a nation with shortages of workers that should push my output up.
