Changing president picture?

How does one change the president's picture on home page?

Click settings. Then upload images.

I tried that. It didn't work for me, otherwise I wouldn't have posted about it in help.

Clear your browser history then. Sometimes it keeps displaying the old one because that is what is saved in cache.
