Does moving Help?

Does moving a mineral Corp from a country that is running out of resources to a country with more resources prevent the corp from closing? I've moved a corp or two to countries with more resources but they still closed. So does moving it not have any affect?

No, it doesn't help. I believe the ability to move Mining Corps was an oversight by the GMs. Also, since CEOs can no longer build new Mining Corps, it's only a matter of time before they don't own any, so can't relocated them.
