Problem in employs

I have empire in WG world containing 2 countries from six months the numbers of High-Tech engineers and nurses decreases very fast and the number of low and medium workers increasing so much and some hospitals closing in both countries and the percentage of employing in corps decreasing. Note that i do't build any corps in this interval and have some unemployed in each kind before this problem happen so why this happen?

Please post the name of your countries, so that people can look at them, to see what is going on.

Without being able to see the counties in question, there are three common causes for this problem...

1). Your Education Index is too low. Players advocate an Education Index of anywhere from 170-230, if you are outside this range, or at the lower end of it, then you might not be able to educate the professionals you need.

2). Your Education Priorities are poorly balanced. The total of your priorities should add up to exactly 120. Going above this has no benefit, going below, will reduce the availability of educated workers. Try raising the priority for professions you have a shortage of, while lowering other priorities, so that the total remains at 120.

3). You have too few unemployed people. When a country drops below a minimum number of unemployed in Low/Mid/High Level Workers, the game a

I apply only 5 things:
Receive advice at login
Buy ammunition and supplies for the army
Reactivate weapons automatically when war is declared.
Automatic placing orders for products that your country needs.
Send message to confirm share transactions entered manually.

until now the shortage of engineering increases without any reasons for this.

I just had a look at your country 'egyptt' on WG. In your case, the problem was a shortage of Low Level Workers. August 4267 WG time, your number of Unemployed Low Level Workers reached a low of 4,334. This caused the game to over-correct, demoting 300,000 professionals to Low Level Workers, most of which, used to be High Tech Engineers. This is what caused your shortage of High Tech Engineers, and Nurses. The imbalance it created, will correct over time. To prevent it happening again, don't let your number of Unemployed Low Level Workers get so low, that the game has to do another emergency demotion.

the problem still here guys my country having a lot of unemployed workers in all categories and a gain the number of workers increase to very high value and profession go to zero with shortage in corps and closing the hospitals. this happen occur ln my two countries : Egyptt and Egyptt2.
