I have a question about the war
let my country have 10 cites and each one has it's garrison unit which contain for example 100 anti aircraft batteries so i have 1000 batteries then if enemy send it's air force to attack corps, and this force in the range of my batteries in cites then the batteries will fall the air force or this garrison work only where it's city is attacking?
and additional question: if i have interceptor wing in one of my countries in my empire and one of my country that, haven't interceptor wings and attacked so, the wings will fight for this country if the attacked target in the range?

Garrisons only defend the target they are covering.

Interceptors can respond from other countries if you are in a federation that shares air defences. Two wings respond from federation and one from the country being attacked.

No it is based on the federation rules. The war treaty is just there to automatically declare war on anyone that declares war on tour fed mates. Shared air defense works all the time, even from countries not at war.

okay, my federation setting the following: Defensive resources are shared in case of war for 100 %.
so the countries will share the interceptor units like you explain?
