Supplies Issue

I have an issue with my Navy and landing forces in that they can't move as they aren't being re-supplied. I have 2 supply fleets and 5 supply units yet they still aren't being supplied. Am i missing something?

Make sure you have extra supply ships and trucks in stock. When supply units pick up supplies, they add more of them to their unit to carry the stuff to the troops.
