Hello if anyone can look at my empire and tell my why I’m suddenly losing money? I’ve tried diagnosing it myself for several days now but nothing is working and I can’t figure out whats wrong. My main country’s name on FB is “The Country of Gondolia”

Thanks!

joshroth14,

Your unemployment rate is extremely high, it's hard to make money when nearly 40% of your people are unemployed.

You'll probably need to increase your education index, to be able to provide enough educated workers, so that you can employ your people.

Im also building corporations non stop, could this be a reason as well? The constant building of the corps each month?

joshroth14,

The main thing is to provide jobs for your people, in profitable corporations.

Currently, you don't have enough High Tech Engineers, to staff enough Corporations, to employ your people.

Train more by adjusting your education priorities, and increasing your education index.

Education Index is calculated by
Schools / Needed x 100 = School Index
High Schools / Needed x 100 = High School Index
Universities / Needed x 100 = University Index
The lowest of those three indexes is your education index

A good education index is upto 200, to reach this, you'll need twice as many of each type of school as the 'needed' figure.

Your 'needed' figures are currently
Schools 4,662
Highschools 2,239
Universities 34

Having that many, would result in an education index of 100, which is far too low. Instead, you want to aim for twice that. Your goal would currently be...
Schools 9,324
Highschools 4,478
Universities 68

Make sure to increase each type at the same time, because the index is the comes from the lowest of the three indexes, not the average.

As your population grows, your 'needed' numbers will increase. Don't forget to keep building more Schools, Highschools, and Universities. So that your education system keeps up with your population growth.
