War issue please help

I won a war but when I go to war level two none of my weapons do anything to c3 countrys even when I buy weapons at 330 can someone please help me or can I go back to level 1 if so how?

It is not because of the level 2 war.
There must be something else.

Ammo? Range?
what does the attack report say when you try to attack?

there is no way back to war level one but there is no need to do so.
you should be able to fight and win wars as it is.

When I attack a enemy it says all my weapons was destroyed

Are you attacking defenses or target, and what weapons are you using?

Defense first which doesnt do anything and then offence which still doesnt do anything for real and my land and air units I set up using the automatic buying missing weapons button
