Having a bit of trouble. Despite having the workforce, and salaries at 300, my corporations are under hiring and I have no clue why.

Employment 1

It's been like this for a few months(in-game) now and they still have not hired on the available worker, despite having enough needed for 100% production.

Any ideas?

This screen does not show Execs and HTExecs and that is where you have a shortage.

This was probably the solution but:

Sometimes you have enough in all groups and hiring does not take place in a single month.
It can then take several game month to achieve full hiring.

Having this issue every time I build a new corp as well.

new Corp screen will either say I have all the unemployed workers and technical staff for full employment or am only missing low medium or high workers. Any time there are such shortages I move enough people around the cover the new employee demand.

Next month after The corp is built several of my state corps are down to 90% I get a notification for worker shortage even though I have more unemployed than what is needed for 100% hiring for all professions.

I have had over half a dozen corps close because of a non existent worker shortages.

Every corp I build with my CEO starts out with 100% hiring even in country's with less than 100% worker supply. The only time this isn't the case is when there are very Large worker shortages and I just wait for the C3's to sort it out on their own. Even that rarely takes long, meanwhile my country cant seem to find the workers that are there.

I've found that you need to keep a base of 80,000 MLM, and 70,000 HLW in a high pop country to stay at full employment. So if you need 70 MLW to max out production, you'll need the 80,000 reserve + the 70,000 to go straight to work.

Apparently some people just won't work, and others get promoted, retire, die, or go to college each month.

Those excess low and mid level managers, and half the teachers would love to take a mid to high level worker job just to buy their kids some Christmas presents. Move them for the kids.

Is it possible the reassign workers and education priorities page are including disabled and housewives into their "unemployed" figures?

The shortage I've had in the past were mostly HLW deleting themselves from existence and executive/HT Executive shortages.

The latter being the result of my occasionally overly ambitious growth so fair enough. but I have no explanation for the former.

Ok this issue has been getting steadily worse of the past few ingame months.

What started out as a psudo shortage now actually become a Shortage of LLM's having gone from 30,000 to 4763 back up to over 10000 and now abruptly 0
